That's the support door for HQ for Action. Questions before you buy, trouble installing, something broken, a refund—same address. It reaches R.J. Nestor directly, not a queue or a ticket system, and I read every one.

Some things it helps to say

If something went wrong during an install, tell me what you saw. A sentence is enough; a screenshot is better.
If HQ is already on your computer, your Claude can put the email together for you—the exact line that came back, and which version you're on—and you send it.
If the install link just spins and nothing happens, your network's security filter may be blocking a new domain. Try your phone's hotspot, or approve hqforaction.com in your router app.

Billing and refunds

HQ for Action is sold through Gumroad, which handles payment and sends your receipt. If you can't get it installed and working, email me and I'll refund you.
